一、招生类别及申请条件

Categories and Eligibility

1. 招生类别：全日制在校本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。

1. Categories: Full-time undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students.

2. 招生国籍：东盟国家学生。

2. Eligible Nationalities: Students from ASEAN countries.

（1）申请攻读本科者，应具有高中毕业或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；

(1) Undergraduate applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 25 years old.

（2）申请攻读硕士研究生者，应具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

(2) Master’s applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 35 years old.

（3）申请攻读博士研究生者，应具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

(3) Doctoral applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 40 years old.

注：招生专业以理工农医类和人工智能类为主，不招收语言文学类专业；不招收已在读学生（应届毕业生除外）。

Note: Priority is given to majors in STEM, agriculture, medicine, and AI. Language and literature programs are excluded. Current students are ineligible (except graduating students).

二、语言要求

Language Requirements

1. 申请以中文为专业教学语言的，其中文水平原则上应达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分及以上。申请攻读硕士、博士研究生者，申请时应达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。

1. For Chinese-taught programs, applicants must have an HSK-4 score of 180 or above. Master’s and doctoral applicants must submit HSK-4 results at the time of application.

2. 不招收以英文为专业教学语言的本科、硕士和博士研究生。

2. English-taught programs are not available for undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies.

三、资助标准

Funding Coverage

本科生原则上资助期限最高为5学年；

Undergraduate: Up to 5 academic years.

硕士研究生原则上资助期限最高为3学年；

Master’ s: Up to 3 academic years.

博士研究生原则上资助期限最高为4学年。

Doctoral: Up to 4 academic years.

四、申请材料及申请办法

Application Materials and Procedures

申请人必须如实填写申请表格和严格按要求提交申请材料：

Applicants must complete the application form truthfully and submit materials as follows:

1.网上报名。申请人于2025年5月26日前登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学网上报名系统”(https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register)在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料（注：项目类别为B，我校招生机构代码为：10600），然后下载申请表并和其他要求的申请材料的电子版发送到我校专用邮箱fiegxtcmu@126.com，邮件标题格式须为“中国政府奖学金+国籍+姓名”。

1. Online Application. Applicants must log in to the "Chinese Government Scholarship Information System" (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register) by May 26, 2025, complete the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form online, and submit the required materials (Note: Program Category: B, Institution Code: 10600). After submission, download the application form and send it along with all other required documents in electronic format to the university’s designated email: fiegxtcmu@126.com. The email subject must follow the format: "CSC Scholarship+Nationality+Name".

过期发送或不按要求发送将被视作无效申请。申请人不需要向我校寄送纸质材料。但申请人必须保证所有申请材料的真实准确。一旦发现不实或造假情况，将立即取消奖学金资格。

Late submissions or applications not conforming to requirements will be considered invalid. Applicants are not required to mail hard copies of materials to our university. However, applicants must ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all submitted documents. Any falsification or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship.

2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2025年9月），请及时换发新护照。

2. Passport copy. A clear scan of the passport information page is required. If the current passport's validity does not meet the requirement (passport must be valid beyond September 2025), please renew your passport promptly.

3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。

3. Notarized highest diploma certificate. Graduating students must provide an official pre-graduation certificate or current enrollment certificate issued by their institution.

4.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。

4. Academic transcripts (from undergraduate level onward). Scanned transcripts must cover all academic records from undergraduate, master's (if applicable), and doctoral (if applicable) studies up to the most recent semester. Transcripts must be officially issued and stamped by the academic affairs office, graduate school, or relevant student administration department. Chinese/English versions are acceptable; transcripts in other languages must include notarized English translations.

5.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内的HSK成绩报告。

5. Language proficiency certificate. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK score reports.

6.来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000字以上），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。

6. Study plan in China. A study plan (minimum 1000 words) in Chinese or English is required. Doctoral applicants must have their study plan signed by their Chinese supervisor. Only Chinese or English versions are acceptable.

7.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

7. Recommendation letters. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors are required. The letters should focus on: the applicant's study objectives in China, existing cooperation between Chinese/foreign institutions or supervisors, and evaluation of the applicant's comprehensive abilities and future potential. Only Chinese or English versions are acceptable.

8.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。

8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (copy). Applicants must complete the examination strictly according to the form's requirements (original form should be kept by the applicant; the standardized form is printed by Chinese health authorities and must be completed in English). Incomplete forms, forms without applicant's photo/photo stamp, or without doctor/hospital signatures and stamps will be invalid. The examination results remain valid for 6 months.

9.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

9. Non-criminal record certificate. Applicants must submit a valid non-criminal record issued by local police authorities, typically dated within 6 months prior to the application date.

注意：通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。

Note: All materials uploaded to the system must be clear, authentic, and valid. Applicants are advised to use professional scanning equipment for document preparation. Consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable materials will be borne by the applicant.

五、录取及通知

Admission and Notification

1.广西中医药大学对奖学金申请人的申请材料进行审核，组织面试考核，并有权对申请人所选择的专业和年限进行适当的调整。经我校审核合格的申请材料将上报留学基金委，由留学基金委决定是否录取。申请人条件或申请材料不符合规定和要求的，视为申请无效，不予受理。

1. Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine will review the application materials of scholarship candidates and conduct interview assessments. The university reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the applicant's chosen major and duration of study. Qualified applications will be submitted to the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for final admission decisions. Applications that do not meet the specified requirements will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

2.广西中医药大学录取的申请人，经留学基金委批准后即可获得中国政府奖学金。奖学金获得者名单报中国教育部备案。

2. Applicants admitted by Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine will be awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship upon approval by the CSC. The list of scholarship recipients will be submitted to the Chinese Ministry of Education for record-keeping.

3.录取结果将在7月底至8月中旬公布（具体时间待定），我校将通过电子邮件告知申请人录取结果，请务必留意查收电子邮件。结果公布后，我校会将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）邮寄给学生本人。请被录取者务必提供有效联系方式和邮寄地址。

3. Admission results will be announced between late July and mid-August (specific date to be determined). The university will notify applicants of the results via email, so please monitor your email closely. After the results are announced, the university will mail the "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Study in China" (JW201 Form) to the admitted students. It is essential for admitted students to provide valid contact information and mailing addresses.

六、注意事项

Important Notes

1.中国政府奖学金生不得同时享受中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）的资助，一经发现，其中国政府奖学金资格将予以取消，并须退还已领取的中国政府奖学金。对于刻意隐瞒资助情况的，除取消资格外，三年内不允许申请中国政府奖学金。

1. Recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship are not permitted to concurrently receive any other scholarships established by Chinese government authorities or the host university (excluding one-time awards). Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the Chinese Government Scholarship, and recipients must return all previously received scholarship funds. Those who intentionally conceal their funding status will be disqualified and barred from applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship for three years.

2.已在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统申报其他高校的申请人，请勿重复申请广西中医药大学。

2. Applicants who have already applied to other universities through the Chinese Government Scholarship Study in China Management Information System should not submit duplicate applications to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.

3.未按时取得相应毕、结业证书或体检不合格者，将被取消奖学金录取资格。

3. Scholarship admission will be revoked for those who fail to obtain their graduation/completion certificates on time or do not meet the physical examination standards.

4.奖学金获得者一经录取，不得变更学习专业、学习期限和授课语言。

4. Once admitted, scholarship recipients may not change their major, duration of study, or language of instruction.

5.录取学生须严格按学校规定时间完成注册报到手续，未按要求如期报到者，奖学金资格不予保留。

5. Admitted students must complete registration procedures strictly according to the university's specified timeline. Failure to register on time will result in forfeiture of the scholarship qualification.

6.奖学金生入校后须参加年度评审，以评审结果确认下一学年是否资助、中止或取消奖学金资格。

6. Scholarship recipients must undergo annual reviews after enrollment. The review results will determine whether funding continues, is suspended, or revoked for the following academic year.
