广西政府东盟国家留学生全额奖学金项目由中国广西壮族自治区政府设立，专门用于资助有意到广西学习的东盟国家优秀学生。欢迎广大符合条件的东盟国家人士积极申请。

Guangxi Government Full Scholarship for ASEAN Student Program is established by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Government of the People’s Republic of China, specifically designed to support those outstanding ASEAN students who intent to pursure studies in Guangxi. Eligible citizens from ASEAN countries are sincerely welcome to apply.

1.申请条件 Admission Requirements

1.1招生国别 Nationality

东盟11国。申请人必须是东盟国家的公民，包括马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、文莱、越南、老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨和东帝汶。

The applicants must be citizens of the 11 ASEAN countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and Timor-Leste.

1.2 名额分配 Admission  Quotas                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

备注：越南项目含学校自主招收生源地为谅山省、广宁省硕博研究生各1名。

Note: The program quota for Vietnam includes one master and one doctoral student independently recruited by GXUCM from Lang Son Province and Quang Ninh Province respectively

1.3 其他条件 Others

对中国友好，愿意遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度；身体健康；未同时获得中国政府其他各级各类奖学金；申请本科生者应具有相当于中国普通高中毕业的学历，年龄在25周岁以下；申请硕士研究生者应具有学士学位，年龄在35周岁以下；申请博士研究生者应具有硕士学位，年龄在40周岁以下。

Applicants shall be friendly to China, abide by the laws and regulations of the People’ Republic of China and the univeristy’s rules; be in good physical and mental health; not be recipients of any other Chinese government scholarships at any level; 

Undergraduate program applicants: equivalent to Chinese senior high school graduation  under 25 years old; 

Master’s program applicants: hold a bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old;

 Doctoral program applicants: hold a master’s degree, under 40 years old .

2. 资助内容 Funding content

免交注册费、学费、基本教材费、实验费、实习费和住宿费；提供重大疾病与意外事故保险；定期发给生活费。

The scholarship covers registration fee, tuition fee, basic textbook fee, laboratory fee, internship fee and accommodation fee; coverage of critical illness and accidental injury insurance; monthly living allowance.

汉语水平不达标者须参加一年汉语学习，期间享受以上资助内容。

Applicants who do not meet the requied Chinese language proficiency  must complete an one-year preparatory Chinese language program, during which the same scholarship benefits shall apply.

4.申请材料 Required Materials List

4.1 《广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金申请表》扫描件(须用中文或英文在电脑上填写完整，打印出来后签名，贴上照片，PDF格式);

4.1 A scanned copy of the “Application Form for Guangxi Government ASEAN Student Scholarship” (to be completed electronically in Chinese or English, printed, signed and with photo affixed; PDF format);

4.2 申请人的护照扫描件(PDF格式);

4.2 A scanned copy of the applicant’s passport (PDF);

4.3 经过公证的最高学历证明、学习成绩单的扫描件(如有，请提供HSK4级以上证书)(PDF格式);

4.3 Scanned copies of notarized highest academic credentials and academic transcripts. If available, please provide an HSK Level 4 or above certificate (PDF);

本科生项目申请者：提交来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。其中理科中文、数学、化学为必考科目，物理为选考科目。（建议在入学年度当年4月30日前完成相关考试并取得成绩证明。）

Undergraduate program applicants: Submit China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) score report. The required subjects include Chinese, Mathematics and Chemistry, with Physics as an elective subject. (It is recommended to complete the relevant exams and obtain the score report by April 30th of the admission year.)

本科、硕士、博士项目申请者，应提供最高文凭和成绩单的扫描件，并附有公证文件。如持有HSK四级或以上等级证书，则须随申请材料一并提交。

Applicants for undergraduate, master and doctoral programs: provide scanned copies of the highest diploma and transcripts, accompanied by notarized documents. If an HSK Level 4 or above certificate is held, it must be submitted along with the application materials.

4.4 来华学习或者研究计划扫描件(中文或英文，本科生不少于200字，研究生不少于1000字，电脑打印手写签名，PDF格式);

4.4 A scanned copy of the Study or Research Plan in China (in Chinese or English, at least 200 words for undergraduate applicants, at least 1,000 words for graduate applicants, typed and hand-signed; PDF format);

4.5 《外国人体格检查表》和血液检查报告单扫描件(PDF格式)，体检不合格者不予录取;

4.5 Scanned copies of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and blood test report (PDF format). Applicants with unqualified physical examination results will not be admitted ;

4.6 申请攻读硕士、博士学位者，需提交2名教授或副教授推荐信扫描件(亲笔签名，PDF格式);

4.6 For applicants applying for master or doctoral degree programs, two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors are required (hand-signed & PDF);

4.7 申请人近期（6个月内）小2寸(3.3cm*4.8cm)的白底证件电子照片(JPG格式)。

4.7 A recent (taken within 6 months) electronic ID photo (small 2-inch, 3.3cm x 4.8cm, white background, JPG format).

注：申请人可向其国家或地区驻南宁总领事馆提交申请，也可向我校直接提交申请。上述申请材料均需中文或英文，中英文以外文本需提供中文翻译件的公证件。

Note: Applicants may submit applications either to the Consulate General of their country in Nanning or directly to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. All application materials must be in Chinese or English. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translations.

5. 申请方式 Application  Method

请将材料的电子版按顺序发送到fiegxtcmu@126.com,邮件标题为“2026广西政府奖学金申请材料+国籍+申请人姓名”。如因申请材料缺漏而影响评审结果的，后果由申请人本人自行承担。

Please submit all electrionic application materials in order to fiegxtcmu@126.com, with the email subject: 2026 Guangxi Government Scholarship Application + Nationality + Applicant’s Name. The applicant shall bear the consequences if the application result is affected by incomplete appilcation documents.

6. 申请时间及录取方式 Application  Deadline  &Admission

申请截止时间为2026年5月25日。广西中医药大学将对奖学金申请人的材料进行审核并报区教育厅审批，学校将于7至8月期间将录取通知书和JW202表寄给学生办理签证，2026年9月初入学。

The application deadline is May 25, 2026. 

GXUCM will review all the applications of scholarship candidates and submit them to the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for final approval. GXUCM will send the Admission Letter and the JW202 Form to admitted students for visa application purposes during July and August. Enrollment begins in early September 2026.
