赵龙岩研究员

赵龙岩,1983年2月生,吉林安图人,中共党员,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,广西杰出青年科学基金获得者、广西八桂青年拔尖人才、自治区高层次人才(D层次)、广西中医药大学“岐黄工程”高层次人才团队带头人、中华中医药学会分会委员。近二十年来聚焦海洋糖化学与糖类新药研发,主持或完成国家自然科学基金(面上、地区、青年)及省部级项目10余项;以第一/通讯作者在PNAS、JAFC、Carbohydr Polym等中科院二区以上期刊发表SCI论文30余篇(IF>10 13篇,IF>5 28篇),总他引逾2200次;授权国家发明专利20余项(含国际专利8项)。率先破解困扰领域三十余年的海参多糖结构难题,锁定九糖为强效抗血栓最小活性片段,奠定“First-in-class”抗凝候选药物LFG-53/YB209的化学结构及理论基础(PNAS, 2015)。作为核心骨干完成的该1.1类新药于2016年以4000万元转让给九芝堂,已获美国FDA(IND 153593)和中国NMPA(CXSL2200305)临床研究批件。现任国自然函评专家及Carbohydr Polym、EJMC、JAFC等十余种一区期刊审稿人。
