广西中医药大学2023年东盟国家留学生全额奖学金

2023 GUANGXI GOVERNMENT FULL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

广西政府东盟国家留学生全额奖学金项目由中国广西壮族自治区政府设立，专门用于资助有意到广西学习的东盟国家优秀学生。欢迎广大符合条件的东盟国家人士积极申请。

Guangxi Government Full Scholarship Program (GXGFSP)，established by the Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, offers a financial support for excellent ASEAN students who are intended to study in Guangxi. Qualified applicants from ASEAN countries are welcome to apply.

一、申请条件 Admission Requirements

1、招生国别：东盟10国（马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、文莱、越南、老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨）。

Applicants must be the citizen of ASEAN countries, includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Burma and Cambodia.

2、名额分配 Admission Quotas

备注：越南项目含学校自主招收生源地为谅山省、广宁省硕博研究生各1名。

Note: There is one quota for Tỉnh Lạng Sơn and Tỉnh Quảng Ninh respectively in Vietnamese Postgraduate and Doctoral program of  independent recruitment.

3、其他条件：对中国友好，愿意遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度；身体健康；未同时获得中国政府其他各级各类奖学金；申请本科项目须通过HSK4级；申请研究生项目须通过HSK5级; 申请本科生者应具有相当于中国普通高中毕业的学历,年龄在25周岁以下；申请硕士研究生者应具有学士学位，年龄在35周岁以下；申请博士研究生者应具有硕士学位，年龄在40周岁以下。

Besides, applicants should be friendly to China and agree to abide by the laws of the Chinese Government and rules of the university. Applicants must be in good health without any other applications of Chinese Government Scholarship at all levels at the same time. Applicants for the undergraduate program shall pass HSK Level 4 and those for the postgraduate degree program shall pass HSK Level 5. Applicants for the undergraduate program shall have the diploma of senior high school and shall be under the age of 25. Applicants for the postgraduate degree program shall have Bachelor's degree and shall be under the age of 35. Applicants for the doctoral program shall have Master's degree and shall be under the age of 40.

二、资助内容Details of the Scholarship

免交注册费、学费、基本教材费、实验费、实习费和住宿费；提供重大疾病与意外事故保险；定期发给生活费。

汉语水平不达标者须参加一年汉语学习，期间享受以上资助内容。

Scholarship students are exempt from the expenses of registration, tuition, basic textbook, laboratory experiment, internship and accommodation. The critical illness and accident  insurance as well as living expense are regularly paid.

One-year Chinese study is required for those without HSK Level 4. The funding items mentioned above are still valid during the one-year Chinese study.

四、申请材料Required Materials

1、《广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金申请表》扫描件（须用中文或英文在电脑上填写完整，打印出来后签名，贴上照片，PDF格式）；

A scanned copy of Guangxi Government Full Scholarship Application Form filled in either English or Chinese in electronic version, attached with the handwritten signature and photo.

2、申请人的护照扫描件（PDF格式）；

    A scanned copy of applicant’s valid passport (PDF).

3、经过公证的最高学历证明、学习成绩单的扫描件。（如有，请提供HSK4级以上证书)（PDF格式）；

Scanned copies of the highest diploma and transcript attached with notarization documents. The HSK certificate of Level 4 or above shall be provided if available.

4、来华学习或者研究计划扫描件（中文或英文，不少于200字，电脑打印手写签名，PDF格式）；

    A scanned copy of study or research plan in Chinese or English no less than 200 words, with the handwritten signature of the applicant.

5、《外国人体格检查表》和血液检查报告单扫描件，体检不合格者不予录取（PDF格式）；

   A scanned copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and blood test. Those who fail the physical examination will not be admitted.

6、申请攻读硕士、博士学位者，需提交2名教授或副教授推荐信扫描件。（亲笔签名，PDF格式）;

Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors signed in written form for postgraduate or doctoral applicants.

7、申请人近期小2寸（3.3cm * 4.8cm）的白底证件电子照片（JPG格式）。

A 2-inch size (3.3cm×4.8cm) ID photo (JPG format) with a white background pictured in recent 6 months.  

注：申请人可向其国家或地区驻南宁总领事馆提交申请，也可向我校直接提交申请。上述申请材料均需中文或英文，中英文以外文本需提供翻译件的公证件。

Notes: The applicant can submit the above application materials either to the Consulate General of home country in Nanning or to GXUCM. All the materials for the application shall be submitted in either Chinese or English (all scanned copies shall be in PDF), and those in other foreign languages shall be attached with the notarized translation version of Chinese.

五、申请方式Application Method

请将材料的电子版按顺序发送到fie@gxtcmu.edu.cn，邮件标题为“2023广西政府奖学金申请材料+国籍+申请人姓名”。

如因申请材料缺漏而影响评审结果的，后果由申请人本人自行承担。

Please email a zipped file with all the required application materials named as “The Application for 2023 Guangxi Government Scholarship Program+nationality+applicant name” to fie@gxtcmu.edu.cn. Please make sure the materials mentioned above should be well-prepared and completed, or all the consequences shall be borne by the applicant.

六、申请时间及录取方式Application Deadline & Admission

申请截止时间为2023年5月30日。广西中医药大学将对奖学金申请人的材料进行审核并报区教育厅审批，学校将于7至8月期间将录取通知书和JW202表寄给学生办理签证，2023年9月初入学。

The application deadline is May 30th, 2023. All the applications will be evaluated by GXUCM and the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. GXUCM will send the admission letter and JW202 form to qualified applicants in July or August for visa application after a comprehensive interview. The applicants will start to study at GXUCM in early September of 2023.
