周立红，男，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，毕业于美国犹他州立大学，营养与食品科学/人类营养学专业，现为营养与食品卫生学教研室专任教师。
职业发展：涉及营养养生和预防保健医学以及相关领域；充分发挥自身优势特长并利用所拥有的专业技能和经验为雇主和社会做出尽可能大的贡献。
教授课程：预防医学专业本科《营养与食品卫生学》专业课、《烹饪医学（技能拓展模块）》《营养与食品卫生学（技能拓展模块）》《妇幼营养学》《营养学》《预防医学》等公共课；积极建设烹饪医学微专业。
研究方向：主要研究兴趣为生物活性物质对预防疾病和促进健康的影响，主要关注牛乳磷脂、全谷物（燕麦、糙米等）、甘蔗渣、花生衣、广地龙、银耳、药用木瓜等；研究方向包括肥胖营养干预、婴幼儿生长发育、抗衰老、人体菌群调节和中华饮食相关烹饪医学。
鉴于营养学多学科交叉融合和覆盖范围广泛的特点，长期寻求科研合作伙伴（包括高校、企业和研究所），课题组招收疾病预防控制方向公共卫生专业硕士研究生，常年招收本科生研究助理，有意请联系周博士： yingyangshipin@aliyun.com
